"Pumped up Mormons winning employee of the month" :)

Happy Monday everybody!

          I've come to the conclusion that P-Days are on Mondays so that when RM's get back home, they're the only employees who are excited for Monday. A bunch of pumped up Mormons winning Employee of the Month isn't exactly a bad thing for Church PR ;) haha

          Quick birthday shoutout to Spencer! It's a little early, but it's better early than late, right? Have a great week, and special day bud! :)

         Not a whole lot of new information or exciting things to relay back, but a few cool things from the week:

          Our ward mission leader made the front page of a local newspaper. He's done a lot of work with a group that's similar to big brother/big sister, but it's multi-generational. His "adopted grandson" and he have such a special connection that they got a full-color shot of them, and a pretty substantial article, in the Hartford Courier. Besides being a very active home teacher and ward mission leader, plus work, he does this and multiple other service-related things all the time. Brother Love is definitely the man!

          In District Meeting a couple of days ago, one of the missionaries said something really cool-He said, "Bad-being spread anywhere but up-is gossip. Bad goes up, but good comes down." (Up and down being relative to the chain of command.) It was a kind of secular take on D&C 121, but a great thought for leadership and how we can feed or fix problems with gossip. 

          There should be more to report in the next couple of weeks-things are really starting to pick up here! Love all of y'all!
